The Circle skirt is crafted from a mid-weight cotton poplin. A new So Elly silhouette, the Circle is a full, unlined skirt with dramatic structure and drape. Wear on the true waist or just above the hips, depending on desired look and fit. Details include elegant French seams, two interior side pockets, hidden zipper closure and contrast stitching. Timeless and meticulously crafted. Made of BCI certified cotton, woven in Italy.
